The agency YES Meet will assist participants for booking accommodation and transportation to/from Lautraki.

Special rates have been negotiated for the Extremophiles 2024 attendees who will book during the registration procedure.
After completing your registration, you will be able to reserve your bedroom at the Club Hotel Casino Loutraki.

Septemper is high season in Loutraki so we warmly suggest planning your trip and booking your room as soon as possible.

We reserved a limited number of rooms at the Club Hotel Casino Loutraki - Congress Venue.

Double for Single Use Executive Room: starting from Euro 130,00 per night
Double Executive Room: starting from Euro 140,00 per night

Double for Single Use Deluxe sea view Room: starting from Euro 170,00 per night
Double Deluxe sea view Room: starting from Euro 180,00 per night

Terms and Conditions

It is mandatory to pay 1^st night deposit to reconfirm your hotel reservation (by bank transfer or credit card, choice to be made during the booking procedure).
As soon as deposit will be paid, your reservation file status will be changed to Confirmed and Paid.
You will balance your stay directly at the hotel.
The hotel will issue your invoice for the total amount paid.
Please note: City tax not included in the price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your communication.
If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking. The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches.

Following cancellation policy will be applied considering when your notification will be received from YES Meet:

After your booking until July 15^th 2024 / No charge
From July 16^th until September 1^st 2024 / Loss of first night deposit
From September 2^nd 2024 / 100%
No show, later arrival or early departure / 100%
If you shorten your booking after the 2^nd of September 2024 the entire stay previously booked will be charged.
